How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. UK orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders typically take 7–10 working days, depending on destination. Please note that EU shipping is currently unavailable.

Ship Worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery is free on all UK orders over £45. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes, which may be payable before delivery.

What should I do when I receive my order?

For best results, shake your perfume before spritzing and apply to your pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears) for a stronger scent throw. Moisturising your skin beforehand helps the fragrance last longer, as hydrated skin holds onto scent molecules more effectively. For an even better experience, use an unscented lotion or a matching scented body cream before applying your fragrance.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if items are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Refunds are issued as store credit only. Sale items, candles, wax melts, testers, oil fragrances, and discounted items are non-refundable.

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To start a return or exchange, email us at sales@nicholascharles-fragrances.co.uk and send items back to our return address.
